We collect information you provide directly when you register as a Retailer or Distributor or contact us for support — including your name, mobile number, email address, business address, city, state, and pincode. We also collect information generated through your use of the Services, including transaction details (such as recharge, bill payment, booking, or insurance transactions processed through your counter), device information, and log data. We do not store full card numbers; sensitive payment data is tokenized and handled in accordance with applicable payment-industry security standards.

2. How we use information

To verify your application and set up your Retailer or Distributor account.
To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including processing recharges, bill payments, bookings, insurance issuance, vendor payouts, and marketplace orders.
To calculate and pay out commissions owed to you as a Partner.
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
To comply with legal, regulatory, and financial reporting obligations.
To improve the reliability, performance, and security of our platform.

We share transaction information with the billers, telecom operators, travel operators, insurers, and marketplace sellers needed to fulfil each service you offer, as well as with payment networks and banks as required to process transactions and payouts. We may share information with service providers who support our operations under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We retain transaction and account records for as long as required to comply with financial regulation, tax law, and dispute-resolution obligations, and to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.
