Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JBE FINTECH's website, Partner dashboard, and services — including FASTag recharge, cash management, mobile & DTH recharge, bill payments, vendor payments, travel booking, the wholesale marketplace, insurance, and coaching & courses (collectively, the "Services"), provided by JBE Fintech LLP.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering as a Retailer or Distributor, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to register as a Retailer or Distributor, and must provide accurate registration details, including your name, contact information, and business address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the services

• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for correctly entering customer and transaction details (such as recharge numbers, biller accounts, or booking information) submitted through the Services.
• Distributors are responsible for the conduct of Retailers they onboard within their network, in line with these Terms.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the availability of the Services.

4. Fees & payouts

Commission rates and applicable fees for each service are communicated through your dashboard and may vary by service, operator, or region. Payouts are made on the schedule associated with your account and are subject to review for risk and compliance purposes.

5. Compliance & prohibited use

You agree to comply with applicable payment-network rules, anti-money-laundering regulations, and sanctions laws. The Services may not be used to process transactions for restricted or prohibited categories, or for any fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. JBE FINTECH's aggregate liability arising from these Terms will not exceed the commission paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an account as described in the applicable order form or dashboard settings. JBE FINTECH may suspend or terminate access immediately where necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the integrity of the Services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local regulation.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
